Terms

Last updated July 12, 2026

Website and onboarding terms.

These terms cover use of the public website, early access materials, pilot discussions, and links into the 1000 Beacons console. Product subscriptions, enterprise deployments, and paid pilots may be governed by separate agreements.

Use of the website

01

You may use the website to learn about 1000 Beacons, review public materials, contact the team, and begin an onboarding flow.

You may not attempt to disrupt, scrape abusively, reverse engineer protected systems, or misuse the public site or linked console services.

Product information

02

Website descriptions explain current product direction, architecture, and intended capabilities. Some roadmap items may depend on deployment model, customer environment, integrations, or future availability.

Security tooling should be evaluated carefully. Public website content is not a substitute for a scoped technical review, pilot, procurement process, or written agreement.

Console access

03

The console is intended for authorized users only. Access may require authentication, organization setup, role assignment, and connector authorization.

Users are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for ensuring they have authority to configure systems, connectors, identity providers, and security workflows.

No emergency service

04

1000 Beacons is not an emergency response service by default. Do not rely on the public website, onboarding flow, or demo environment as your sole mechanism for detecting, responding to, or recovering from security incidents.

Production responsibilities, service levels, and response obligations must be defined in the applicable customer agreement.

Intellectual property

05

The website, brand, product names, design system, text, and software are owned by 1000 Beacons or its licensors.

Feedback may be used to improve the product unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
